We are done with single use straws!

We eliminated single use straws & coasters!

As part of our ongoing push for environmental sustainability, we have recently ditched single use cardboard coasters in favour of a re-usable cork alternative. These snazzy little numbers have been getting about 15 uses before getting retired or otherwise disappearing to become ‘souvenirs’! We have also recently eliminated single use plastic straws, which will not biodegrade in our lifetimes and can end up in the oceans. We have replaced these with an investment in stainless steel straw – stirrers, which are also a bit of a throwback to the practice luxury hotels almost a century ago!
